Do the Oztaku folk get together for any drinking... ugh, I mean, drawing. I missed out on post-Armageddon festivities, will I have a chance to recoup?

While you were busy posting this, a lot of us were in the bunker at QV.
So, yes, yes we do.
Keep your eyes checking the Victorian section of the forum, and you'll see events pop up on a regular enough basis.
There's a weekly Saturday meeting at the QV bunker as it is.
There's also the OzTAKU Events page, and the OzTAKU Facebook fanpage.

Generally OzTAKU has meets on Saturdays, and if you hang around, a group might head off somewhere afterwards.
But really the meet around 1pm Saturday at QV is all there is -- at which people usually say something about planning to draw, but end up on PSPs instead... or something.
